Access to and use of Flavorz Tech products is governed only by a separate written agreement, order form or proposal signed between your business and us ("Customer Agreement").
Pricing, scope, features, service levels, support, data processing, payment terms and contract length are as set out in your Customer Agreement. Prices are not published on this website and are quoted for each customer.
If anything on this website conflicts with your Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement prevails.
4. Enquiries and being contacted
When you fill in the contact form, request a demo, or otherwise enquire or share your details with us, you agree that:
- We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, including through AI-assisted calls or messages
- We may send you marketing messages only if you have separately opted in, and you can opt out at any time
- The details you give are accurate, and you are authorised to share them for yourself or your business

5. AI features and Dhee
Some of our products use artificial intelligence, including AI agents for calls, messages, support, lead scoring, accounting and recommendations, and our AI agent Dhee.
The Ask Dhee answers on this website are pre-written examples. In the products, AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check important outputs, such as campaign content, financial entries and customer replies, before relying on them.
Food, cooking and nutrition information from Dhee is general information. It is not medical, dietary or health advice. If you have a health condition, allergy or diet restriction, ask a doctor or qualified dietitian.
