1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Flavorz Tech is the technology division of CKGFlavorz FoodTech Pvt Ltd ("Flavorz Tech", "we", "us"), registered at 112, 17th Main Road, MIG KHB Colony, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore 560095. We provide business software including marketing, visibility (SEO, AEO and GEO), unified inbox, sales and CRM, helpdesk, AI calling, WhatsApp automation, ERP and AI accounting, and Dhee, our AI agent for business and food.
This policy explains how we handle personal data that we collect through this website and when you enquire about, or talk to us about, our products. It applies under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
If your business uses our products under an agreement with us, the personal data of your own customers that you put into our products is handled as set out in that agreement. See section 6.
2. Personal data we collect
Information you give us, for example when you fill in the demo request form or write, call or message us:
- Your name, business name, work email and phone or WhatsApp number
- The products you are interested in and anything you tell us in messages or on calls
- Your consent choices, with the date and time you made them
Information collected automatically when you visit the website:
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, held in our hosting provider's server logs for security and to keep the website running
The Ask Dhee examples on this website are pre-written demonstrations. Clicking them does not collect or send any personal data.
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data only for the purposes you consented to, or for other uses the law allows:
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and discuss our products and an agreement with you
- To contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email. Some of these calls or messages may be handled by an AI agent, and you can ask for a person at any time
- To send you product news and offers on WhatsApp and email, but only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time
- To keep our website and systems secure and working properly
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Consent and withdrawing it
When you submit our form or contact us, you consent to us storing your details and contacting you about your enquiry. Consent to marketing is separate and optional.
You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to info@theflavorz.com, or for marketing messages, by using the unsubscribe option in the message. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect anything we did before you withdrew. Once you withdraw, we stop that use and delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Data inside our products
When a business uses Flavorz Tech products, that business decides what data about its own customers is collected and how it is used, for example in campaigns, the unified inbox, AI calls or the CRM. We process that data on the business's behalf and only as its agreement with us allows.
If you are a customer of a business that uses our products and want to exercise your rights, please contact that business first. We will help them respond.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.
If an enquiry does not lead to an agreement, we delete your enquiry details within [retention period] of our last contact with you, unless you have asked to keep receiving marketing.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and logging. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Have your personal data corrected, completed, updated or erased
- Withdraw your consent
- Have a grievance addressed
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or are unable to

Our products and this website are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell you directly if a change affects how we use data you have already given us.
